2000
In 2000 the Dorchester Show was held on 2nd and 3rd of September at the new site at Cokers Frome, just on the outskirts of Dorchester.
We produced two live 2-hour broadcasts at 10am on both Saturday and Sunday. These were both recorded and repeated later in the day for patients who were unable to tune in to the live programmes. Later we presented our 'Roadshow' to passers-by. Children were invited to enter our free drawing competition, have a go on the tombola or sing along to their favourite song which, for a few pence, was recorded and the tape presented to them afterwards.
